How it works — simple, start to finish
Ordering glasses online should feel straightforward and reassuring.
Here’s how OpticalGlasses works, from choosing your frames to wearing them comfortably every day.
STEP 1 — Choose your frames
Browse our optician-selected collection and choose a frame that feels right for you.
Each frame is selected with:
- Comfort and balance in mind
- Everyday wearability
- Clean, timeless design
You don’t need to choose from hundreds of options — just well-considered ones.
STEP 2 — Add your prescription
Once you’ve chosen your frame, you can add your prescription in the way that suits you best.
You can:
- Enter your prescription details yourself
- Upload a photo or scan of your prescription
- Our optician will review it before your lenses are made
If you’re unsure about anything, you don’t have to guess — we’re here to help.
STEP 3 — Choose your lenses
Select the lens options that match how you use your glasses day to day.
This includes:
- Single vision or multifocal lenses
- Lens thickness options, where appropriate
- Useful coatings for clarity and comfort
We keep choices focused — so you’re not overwhelmed with unnecessary extras.
STEP 4 — We prepare your glasses
Once everything is confirmed:
- Your prescription is checked
- Your lenses are made to order
- Your glasses are carefully assembled and quality-checked
STEP 5 — Delivered to you
Your glasses are delivered directly to your door.
Most people find their glasses feel comfortable straight away.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll help you review the fit or prescription.
You’re not left on your own after delivery.
A quick note on comfort
A short adjustment period can be normal with new glasses.
Ongoing discomfort usually means something needs attention — not that you need to “get used to it”.
If that happens, we’re here to help.
Optician-led always
Every step — from frame selection to lens checks — is guided by optician experience.
If you ever feel unsure, need clarification, or want us to handle the details for you, just let us know.
